The applied part is implemented in telecommunication systems and networks based on the application of FOG cloud technologies and Internet of Things technology, complex field tests in dual-purpose control systems have been performed. Experimental samples of the equipment in accordance with the technical task and the direction of research were tested in conditions close to the field of application. Their positive and practically useful result is confirmed by relevant Acts on the part of interested organizations, which confirms the perspective of their further use. The results of the work are implemented in the educational process, namely: The lecture courses of the discipline "Mathematical methods of scientific research in telecommunications and radio engineering" and "Applied aspects of system analysis in telecommunications and radio engineering" have been updated. New educational disciplines "Digital automatic control of mobile sensors and telecommunication platforms" and "Methods of optimal control of dynamic systems and processes" were introduced. New educational disciplines "Digital automatic control systems" and "Optimization in technology" were introduced.
