The purpose of the work at the second stage is to analyze the impact of defects, damage and features of loading of containers for storing oil and other energy products on the stress-strain state of structures.Development and improvement of methods to ensure the reliability and safety of launch facilities for space rockets at the design stage. Research methods: the method of a deformable solid body mechanics, statics and dynamics of thin-walled structures, construction mechanics, computational mathematics;theories of reliability, applied theory of probabilities, mechanics of material destruction. Based on the analysis, the impact of defects and operational damage on the stress-strain state of tanks for storing oil and other energy products has been determined. A technique to determine the time of destruction of structural materials used in rocket and space technology, with creep, based on the approach of the reliability theory, has been developed. The influence of defects, damages and features of pipeline elements load on the parameters of the stress-strain state has been revealed. An approach to substantiating and assigning indicators of reliability and safety of launch complexes as a complex system at the design stage has been developed. The field of application is rocket and space technology, the oil industry, energy, various branches of mechanical engineering. The results of the work obtained at this stage will be used at the next stage in the development of: – methods to estimate the residual resource of launch facilities of space launch vehicles, taking into account their previous operation; – a technique to determine the parameters of the stress-strain state of energy shell structures, taking into account the influence of existing imperfections.
