The antimicrobial activity of a series of created compositions with different contents of excipients against museum and clinical strains of microorganisms was studied, which exceeded the indicators of comparison drugs, both against gram-positive and gram-negative fungi, as well as against fungi of the genus Candida. Based on the determined antimicrobial properties, the optimal composition of the solution and ointment was chosen. The physical and physicochemical properties of the optimal composition of medicinal compositions have been established. The anti-inflammatory effect of the developed medical compositions with EHV and EHS and their safety according to the parameters of acute and subchronic toxicity were established. The stability of the solution with EHC under conditions of accelerated storage was determined - 4 months, ointment with EHC - 18 months.
