The purpose of the study is to increase the effectiveness of treatment and prevention of blue-pus infection by improving and unifying the method of obtaining autovaccines using the method of photodynamic inactivation of the pathogen. The antibiotic and phage sensitivity of nosocomial and outpatient strains of P. aeruginosa was studied, the method of bacteriophage adaptation was improved by using enhancers, which made it possible to speed up the process by 2 times and increase the lytic activity of the bacteriophage by 3.5-5 times. The optimal parameters of the use of photonucleases and the regime of irradiation of vaccine strains were determined. The scheme-algorithm for the production of autovaccines (without bacteriophages) was developed, their lack of reactogenicity was shown in the experiment, and their immunogenic and protective properties were studied. The results of the effectiveness of the application of the received autovaccine samples for the treatment of infected laboratory animals are presented, the promisingness of vaccine prophylaxis (the efficiency index is 3.4) and vaccine therapy is shown - 72% of surviving animals Product Description popup.authors Gorodnytska Natalia Kutsai Natalia Martynov Artur V. popup.nrat_date 2023-01-30 Close
