This system includes: 1) debriefing (single or multiple loosely structured conversation), 2) implementation of psychological assistance practices, 3) differentiation of psychological problems and mental disorders and organization of appropriate psychological work. Authors proposed technologies for 1) development of a safe educational environment "6 Steps to Safety"; 2) development of people's readiness for constructive behavior in emergency situations. Authors have proposed models of: 1) psychological factors of participants’ readiness to constructive behavior in emergency situations in the educational process; 2) thematic structuring of educational discourse in public communication under emergency conditions. The researchers proposed an algorithm for creating communicative space for the participants of the educational process under emergency conditions. Cycle of training for specialists who provide social and psychological support to victims of armed aggression has been developed and tested. Elderly people's typology which takes into account their emotional self-regulation under emergency situations is proposed. Understanding of the discursive mechanisms of inequality production in the conditions of socially constructed emergency situations is received further development.
