Research methods – analysis of existing legislative, regulatory and methodological documents related to the object of research, synthesis of the constituent elements of the studied materials in the development of a recommendation document. Results and their novelty - the development of general methodological recommendations regarding the content and procedure of drawing up a post-project monitoring plan and report, which complies with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On environmental impact assessment", takes into account the experience gained in the development of projects of regulatory and methodological documents aimed at the implementation of European procedures, has been started for the first time environmental impact assessment, and practical environmental impact assessment and environmental monitoring. The criteria for the necessity of carrying out, general requirements for the terms and scope of carrying out, the content and order of drawing up the plan and program of post-project monitoring have been formulated.
