Technical documentation for plasmatrons of additive surfacing was created for powder and wire as alloying materials. The optimal technological parameters of the 3D printing process for basic typo-forms were determined by investigation of the thermomechanical model of obtaining three-dimensional printed and welded prototypes in the process of layer-by-layer plasma-powder deposition. A scientific search for promising materials suitable for use in industry and the biomedical field was conducted.
