Working prototypes of biosensors were created using electrochemical transducers, synthesized gold nanoparticles (20 nm and 30 nm in size), as well as appropriate enzymes (urease, creatine deiminase, and glucose oxidase), whose parameters were further studied in model solutions and real biological fluids (serum and blood dialysate ). All developed types of biosensors underwent experimental testing, where such characteristics as response time and sensitivity were investigated, calibration curves were constructed with the establishment of a linear range, operational stability and reproducibility of the preparation of biosensors were studied, and a comparative analysis was conducted between them. In addition, a comparison of biosensor analysis with traditional methods of biochemical determination of metabolites was carried out, a high level of correlation of the obtained results was demonstrated.
