On the basis of the system engineering of big data, a system integration of studies of the principle scheme of classification of existing document-oriented IS and information technologies (IT) in the architectural model structured electronic documents (SED) in IS and IT, developed methodological recommendations regarding the analysis of inherited IS/IT in accordance with it of classification in terms of SED of electronic document flow corporate distributed information systems and technologies and corporate SEDs, developed recommendations for the use of analysis methods of legacy IS/IT according to classification for construction IS/IT description models in SED terms, developed methodical recommendations regarding the choice of strategy and tactics of document-oriented transformation information systems into cloud services, developed design methods target system was carried out. Complete global chains of digital data generation with appropriate hardware, software and organizational support were studied. Effective structures of digital platforms were substantiated depending on them destination. A cloud decision-making model of cloud broker has been built and verified by numerical experiments. Methods of design and of target document-oriented information systems for transformation into cloud services on digital platforms creation have been developed.
