The object of the study is the system of accounting and analytical support for making managerial decisions in various sectors of the economy of Ukraine. The purpose of the work is scientific and theoretical substantiation and development of proposals for improving accounting and analytical support for management decision-making in the context of reforming the economy of Ukraine. Research methods – systematic approach to problem solving, techniques of the abstract logical method (analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, analogy and comparison), methods of modeling and factor analysis. The theoretical and methodological aspects of accounting and analytical support for management decision-making are highlighted; practical aspects of accounting and analytical support for management decision-making were investigated; models for optimization of accounting and analytical processes for making management decisions in various branches of the economy of Ukraine have been developed. The scientific result of the scientific research work is: systematization of scientists' work on the accounting and analytical support of management decision-making; substantiation of accounting and analytical procedures to ensure management decision-making; determination of the information needs of management personnel of business entities for making effective management decisions; assessment of practical requirements for accounting and analytical support of the enterprise's business management system; justification of the methodology and organization of an effective system of the accounting and analytical process in order to make optimal management decisions; modeling of accounting and analytical processes for making managerial decisions.
