Registration Date 01-02-2023 Organization The Institute of Hydromechanics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 In the first chapter, a strategy for detecting frequency-modulated tonal components in phonorespirograms by applying fractional Fourier transformation is proposed. Peculiarities of finding tonal signals against a background of noise with a continuous frequency spectrum, significantly different from the spectrum of white noise, were noted. The possibilities of the method are tested on the example of a model signal in the form of a noisy sum of linear frequency-modulated tonal components. The second section of the report discusses a new technique for solving the problem of separating breathing sounds from heart sounds in the overall signal. It is based on a combination of the Bayesian noise suppression technique and the methods of mathematical morphology. In the third chapter, a study of the patterns of regular and chaotic modes of interaction of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, when the frequency of breathing is twice as high as in normal health. The dependence of system chaos on the intensity of the interaction between heart rate and breathing rate was established. In the fourth chapter, an analysis of the peculiarities of the structure of the tracheal wall was carried out and possible mechanisms of its excitation were discussed. Taking into account the results of this analysis, acoustic and mathematical models of the trachea with elastic walls were developed. The fifth chapter presents the results of electronic auscultation of breathing sounds of patients with occupational diseases (pneumoconiosis and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases). A physical model of the generation of breathing sounds in healthy and sick patients is proposed. At the end of the report, conclusions based on the results of the current stage of work are formulated. Product Description popup.authors Basovsky Vladimir Grigorovich Horodetska Nataliia S.
