Used in work microbiological, biophysical, cryobiological research methods and the following equipment: cryoson BV-6 program freezer of bioobjects (Germany), experimental cryo-adjustment (IPKiK NAS of Ukraine) with video camera DSM-300 (PRC), strain dilatometric complex (IPKiK NAS of Ukraine), sublimation unit UZV-10 (SKTB IPKiK NAS of Ukraine), microplate analyzer "Lisa Scan EM" ("Erba Lachema s.r.o., Czech Republic"), low-temperature storage of biological objects KhB-05 (Russia). It was established that the introduction of admixtures of penetrating and non-penetrating cryoprotectants into the alginate gel increases the viability of immobilized cells of microorganisms at the stages of freezing and lyophilization and during subsequent storage at different temperatures.
