The purpose of the work is to study the biochemical mechanisms of the development and progression of pathologies of internal organ systems and the influence of biologically active compounds on metabolic processes in vivo and in vitro under normal conditions and in the simulation of pathological conditions. Research methods - experimental, mathematical and statistical, analysis of the obtained data. In patients with cardiovascular diseases and chronic kidney disease, as well as in young people, the intensification of oxidative stress was demonstrated in the pre-session training period. These changes lead to significant oxidative modification of lipoprotein particles, which inevitably leads to a change in their functional activity. These changes can become the basis of development in such patients, as well as in healthy individuals with comorbid pathology. Understanding these mechanisms will allow choosing optimal and effective means of diagnosis and correction of such violations. For the first time, the structural and dynamic changes of erythrocyte membranes in patients with controlled and resistant arterial hypertension were investigated by the spin probe method using the nitroxyl radical AdTEMPO, and a violation of the structural organization of the lipid layer and its integrated proteins, as well as the antioxidant system of erythrocyte cells, was demonstrated. The obtained results may indicate a violation of the structural organization of the lipid bilayer and the protein structures of the erythrocyte membranes integrated into it. The effectiveness of the ubiquinone preparation and a complex of precursors and modulators of its biosynthesis in doxorubicin cardiomyopathy on microcirculation indicators has been demonstrated.
