The purpose of the study is to reduce the frequency of reproductive health disorders by developing preventive measures for their development. The essence of gynecological pathology was determined based on the study of relationships between indicators of reproductive and mental health of women after various types of treatment of thyroid pathology, it was determined that the structure of this pathology is dominated by disorders of menstrual function and infertility. The developed preventive measures consist of modern examination methods and preventive and therapeutic means for preserving women's health and successfully implementing reproductive plans.
