The goal of the work is to increase the efficiency of the use of unmanned aircraft systems (UAVs) by optimizing time and financial costs for the selection, training and information support of UAV crews and by developing a hardware and software complex of psycho-physiological selection taking into account individual physiological features, psychological compatibility and their informational support in the training process and during unmanned aircraft operation. The subject of research and development is the technology of psycho-physiological selection of UAV operators, which ensures effective use of human resources. Research tools and methods – system analysis, theory of ergatic systems, mathematical modeling, methods of computer processing and signal transmission; equipment and software for psycho-physiological testing. The main results are the following. 1. We conducted research and developed a theoretical basis for information technology for the selection of UAV operators. 2. Development of a system of psycho-physiological selection of UAV crews. 3. Development of information technology for the professional selection of UAV operators, method and a device to determine the level of fine motor skills for operators of remote-controlled vehicles. The field of application of the project results — use in the military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Emergency Service, in industrial organizations and private structures that use unmanned aviation systems for various purposes.
