Comets, active asteroids, Centaurs, meteoroids, potentially dangerous objects for the Earth, satellites of Jupiter and Saturn. The goal of the work. Investigation of the physical state and chemical composition of active small bodies based on the data of quasi-simultaneous spectrophotopolarimetric observations; obtaining new knowledge about non-stationary processes in active MTSS; study of the evolution of cometary dust; detection of the impact of cosmic dust particles on the near-Earth space and upper atmosphere. Research methods: surface photometry, spectroscopy, polarimetry, physical and numerical modeling. Results and their novelty. On the basis of the constructed maps of the spatial distribution of surface brightness, color and polarization by comets 29P/Schwassmann–Wachmann 1, C/2013 X1 (PANSTARRS), C/2014 B1 (Schwartz) and the active asteroid (248370) 2005 QN173, their optical, physical and chemical characteristics. According to the results of 8-year monitoring observations of comet Centaur 29P, it was established that according to the rate of dust production and dynamic properties, this object belongs to the class of centaurs, its rotation period is 57±2 days, it has 4 active regions on the nucleus near the equator, which form 4 jets in coma. An asymmetric digital filter has been developed, which can be used to set the direction of rotation of the comet nucleus. The process of gas diffusion through the layer on the surface of the comet nucleus composed of hierarchical aggregates was physically and numerically analyzed. Polarization distribution maps for the coma and tail of the active asteroid (248370) 2005 QN173 were constructed for the first time. Average values of polarization and color are typical for C-type asteroids. Based on observational data, it is shown that the regolith on the surface of the potentially dangerous asteroid (3200) Phaethon is a mixture of forsterite (90%) and amorphous carbon (10%) particles.
