Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 Theoretical foundations, new information technologies, methods of modeling, research, design and testing of smart systems for precision agriculture, environmental protection and health care were developed, prototypes of smart systems for various purposes were created, namely: - the concept of bank of knowledge on express diagnostics of state of agricultural crops is proposed; - the model of a multi-level smart system and a design method of such systems are proposed; - the mathematical model of the effect of stress factors on the state of the plant was developed.
