The purpose of the work: development and testing of mathematical models describing the operation of the recombination sensor; active prototypes of structures that transform information of enzymatic reactions. Research methods: photoelectric and electrophysical methods, the method of preparative biochemistry, biochemical methods of determining enzymatic activity (Reitman-Frenkel method), numerical modeling methods. Physical quantitative and qualitative models have been created that describe the operation of the recombination sensor. For the first time, using a self-consistent approach (Poisson's equation in the OPZ and Shockley-Reed recombination statistics), fundamental results were obtained that allow us to obtain the dependence of the photocurrent on the surface properties under the conditions of contact with the analyte and to theoretically consider the peculiarities of the functioning of the photoelectric transducer. The characteristics of the conversion under conditions of different modulation frequencies and different levels of injection are determined. The physical principles and experimental means of "smart" functional illumination of sensor structures were developed and the operation of the sensor platform was tested. The possibility of using a recombination sensor to detect biochemical markers was demonstrated for the first time in the experiments on the detection of ATP hydrolase activities in preparations of suspension of PM erythrocytes of rats.
