The purpose of the work is to obtain the latest adsorption and catalytic materials based on nano- and micro-sized oxides, their composites and using natural mineral raw materials (layered silicates, volcanic glass) with adjustable morphology, structure and physicochemical properties. Research methods are scanning and transmission electron microscopy, X-ray phase analysis, infrared spectroscopy, low-temperature nitrogen adsorption-desorption, complex thermal analysis, atomic emission spectrometry method with inductively coupled plasma. Photocatalysts based on pure titanium(IV) and zinc(II) oxides and composites were obtained. The technological parameters of the processes of obtaining materials, their morphology, phase composition and features of the porous structure were studied. The kinetic dependences of the adsorption and photocatalytic activity of the synthesized samples were studied on the example of wastewater treatment contaminated with a wide range of organic substances, in particular, synthetic dyes and pharmacological drugs. An act of implementation was received at the LLC "Fluid Management System" enterprise on the effective action of the photocatalyst based on modified titanium (IV) oxide, which was used to purify colored industrial wastewater from the color caused by the content of dyes. Based on the experimental data, a technological scheme for the production of zinc(II) oxide was proposed. The main regularities of the processes of obtaining composite materials based on natural silicates and zero valent iron were established. Their structural and sorption characteristics and physical and chemical properties were studied. Product Description popup.authors Ivanenko Iryna M.
