 In patients with breast cancer who were affected by the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, indicators of the proliferative activity of Ki-67 below 20% were recorded in 21.9% of patients, from 20 to 30% in 28.1% of patients, from 31 to 50% in 21, 9%, and more than 50% in 28.1% of the total number of patients. The obtained data indicate that in the vast majority - 78.1% of patients, tumor cells were at the stage of active division. The study of changes in the proliferative activity of tumors as a result of neoadjuvant polychemotherapy in patients with breast cancer showed that a decrease in Ki-67 indicators under the action of neoadjuvant cytostatic therapy was noted in 71.9% of patients, in another 15.6% of patients a complete pathomorphological and clinical tumor regression. Thus, according to the values of proliferative activity, positive dynamics for carrying out neoadjuvant cytostatic polychemotherapy were recorded in 87.5% of patients.
