It has been proven that the fixation of CVD diamond within the working layer by the method of nickel electrodeposition in comparison with the method of powder metallurgy gives a more plastic galvanic coating, minimizes the further adjustment of CVD elements to the appropriate working profile. The nature of wear and the period of stability of the angular dressing tools depending on their design parameters (the number of CVD inserts) and the characteristics of the abrasive disks (hardness, structure number, grain size) were experimentally determined.
