Samples of Ti-13Zr-10Nb and Ti-13Zr-13Nb-5Sn alloys with weights from 1.5 to 3.5 kg were obtained. Experimental alloys of the Ti-13Zr-10Nb and Ti-13Zr-13Nb-5Sn electron-beam smelting systems have an equiaxed fine-grained macrostructure with a grain size of 1-2 mm. It was established that the discrepancy in the content of alloying elements in different parts of the castings is less than 1% by mass. Shavings were made from the experimental ingots of the investigated alloys, which were subjected to grinding and processed into powder by the hydrogenation-dehydrogenation method.
