The purpose of the work is the development of technical solutions for the safe development of coal seams prone to gas-dynamic phenomena in the mining and geological conditions of PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE». Research methods - generalization and analysis of results, methods of mathematics. statistics, calculations according to standard methods. As a result of the work, "Measures for the prevention of sudden releases of coal, rock and gas and sudden extrusion of coal at PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE» were developed. Passports for the opening of coal seams by mining operations have been developed. A series of forecasts of the emission hazard of the coal seam at the place of opening was carried out. Conclusions on the safe conduct of mining operations on hazardous sandstones and coal seams in areas protected by anticipatory working out of the d4 seam have been developed. Zones that are safe for coal and gas emissions or extrusion have been established on the formations. "Recommendations for the prevention of sudden emissions of coal, rock and gas during mining operations at PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE», "Recommendations for the safe working out of the d4 coal seam, which is threatened by sudden emissions of coal and gas, by lavas without refreshing the outlet ventilation air stream" were developed.
