Methods: detection of polymorphic variants of superoxide dismutase (SOD2, rs4880), catalase (CAT, rs1001179), sirtuin (SIRT1, rs7069102) genes; evaluation of the influence of epigenetic factors (telomere length, telomerase activity, DNA methylation, sirtuin-1 (SIRT1)), calculation of biological age according to the PhenoAge DNAm epigenetic clock, determination of metabolic and oxidative status, analysis of body composition and distribution of adipose tissue by the bioimpedance method, questionnaires. А scientifically substantiated concept of the relationship between premature aging and the development of MAD was developed. Based on the epigenetic age calculated using PhenoAge and the logistic regression analysis, it was determined that glycated hemoglobin, sirtuin-1, leukocyte telomere length, total cholesterol and the insulin resistance index are associated with premature ageing. A method of determining biological age and the rate of aging has been developed (patent application No. a2021 07048 dated 09.12.2021), the use of which when conducting screening studies of the population in programs of primary and secondary prevention of chronic and age-related diseases allows to identify groups of people at increased risk for timely medication and non-pharmacological intervention. The prognostic significance of genetic and epigenetic markers for ageing rates and the formation of various phenotypes of MAD was established, which was used to develop an algorithm for diagnosing premature ageing and personalized approaches to the prevention of MAD, taking into account metabolic status, genetic and epigenetic markers of biological age.
