The purpose of the work is the development of methods of computational intelligence within the framework of a single methodological approach, which allows to improve the characteristics and predict the reliability and efficiency of the responsible elements of the objects of innovative machine-building equipment due to the adaptation of existing algorithms of soft calculations, the creation of new architectures of methods and models of machine learning and their integration with computational means of computer modeling of non-linear and random mechanical processes occurring in these mechanical systems. Determination of the limit states of these materials will be carried out within the framework of the concept of continuous damage mechanics, which, unlike the existing ones, will be considered in a probabilistic setting. As part of the implementation of the second stage of the project, a set of studies was conducted, which is aimed at creating mathematical models both for composite elements of structures and for objects of innovative technology that have relevant elements in their composition. In addition, machine learning algorithms were developed that allow to reproduce the integral behavior of homogenized materials. A study of the patterns of changes in the mechanical response and characteristics of composite elements of structures depending on the conditions of loading and operation was carried out, as well as computational approaches to the assessment of reliability indicators for elements of structures with composite materials were developed.
