Bakul Institute of Superhard Materials, has been developed. A search system based on scientific databases has been put on the website of V. Bakul Institute for Superhard Materials in order to speed up the search for information from publications and reports. The software has been created using the Delphi and PHP programming languages and the dBase and MySQL database management systems. In order to increase the rating of "Superhard Materials" journal, criteria for subject classification and intellectual analysis of publications in domestic and international rating periodicals have been developed for the selection of articles and the formation of a data bank of potential authors with a high Hirsch index (leading materials scientists in the field of superhard materials).
