Subject: The subject of the development is methods of registration and digital processing of electrophysiological signals, algorithms for the extraction of individual components of signals and their information features, algorithms for diagnosing the state of the fetus and mother based on fetal monitoring data. Purpose: to develop a new diagnostic tool for perinatal medicine - a fetal Holter monitor (hardware, signal processing algorithms, software), which will allow to complement and replace traditional ultrasound technologies with new, non-invasive and absolutely safe technologies and devices for ambulatory monitoring of the state of the fetus based on its transabdominal electrocardiography. The interim report for the first stage of the work contains a description of the results of the development of elements for the fetal Holter monitoring system (equipment, signal processing algorithms, software) for remote outpatient monitoring of the functional state of the fetus and mother, which will allow for long-term continuous and safe monitoring in the course of pregnancy in outpatient or at home, without multiple visits by the mother to medical institutions.
