The goal of the work is to create highly efficient dielectric working environments based on complex oxides for functional electronics devices. The research methods are the Chochralskyi method for growing crystals, the rapid quenching method for obtaining glasses, the method for obtaining ceramics and glass ceramics, the method for obtaining nanocomposites based on synthetic opals and active dielectrics, dielectric, impedance, optical and radio spectroscopy, the method of differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis. Active dielectrics based on complex oxides were synthesized and complex studies of the physical properties of the obtained compounds were conducted. The scientific and technological principles of managing the physical properties of complex oxides by structuring them at the micro- and nanometer levels, controlling phase states and morphology, and the content of inherent defects and impurities have been developed. Physical mechanisms of influence of chemical and phase composition, size effects, external fields, intrinsic defects and impurities on properties of synthesized materials are defined.The obtained results make it possible to establish the physical principles of creating highly efficient media for acousto-optics, solid-state ionics, piezotechnics, and photonics.
