The purpose of the work is to analyze and establish the main architectural and planning solutions and characteristics of the styles of civil buildings and territories of Vinnytsia, the city of Vinnytsia in the context of social changes during the period of the 18th - 20th centuries. The main tasks of work: - to analyze the main principles of architectural and planning decisions of civil objects; - to determine the current state of preservation and features of the stages of development of the architecture of civil buildings in Vinnytsia; - to characterize the main techniques and means of planning organization of the park environment of civil objects of architectural and urban planning activities in Vinnytsia region; - to develop projects and 3D models of selected civil objects of architectural and urban planning activities in Vinnytsia region. For the first time, the main principles of architectural and planning characteristics of civil objects in Vinnytsia and Vinnytsia region were analyzed using the example of real objects, such as the renovation project of an industrial building (Batozka St., 29), public space (Kostya Shirotskyi Alley).
