The use of the developed means will improve the epidemiological situation in Ukraine, as well as reduce the state's dependence on imported similar means. Implementation of the project results will reduce the use of antibiotics, which is closely related to the "One Health" initiative. The project is focused on obtaining livestock products from animals that have never been treated with antimicrobial agents. All this will be possible thanks to the high immune and sanitary status of animals, as well as general biosecurity at all stages of production. Such a practice is dictated not only by the adoption of the National Action Plan to combat antimicrobial resistance, but also by the project's authors' desire to fulfill the goals of sustainable development in terms of human and animal health. The developed concept of animal health regulation without antibiotics will improve the country's epidemiological situation without large-scale costs for the production of antibacterial drugs and their components. This will make it possible to increase competitiveness in international markets due to the export of livestock products. This will improve the country's economic performance and reduce import dependence. Reducing the use of antimicrobials can be achieved through improved hygiene, increased awareness and increased quality of veterinary services, such as high levels of human and animal biosecurity. Obtaining high-quality and safe animal husbandry products will improve the standard of living of the population of Ukraine. Prevention of the most common bacterial diseases, with the help of the proposed means, will improve economic indicators, reduce cost and increase competitiveness in international markets.
