The algorithm of endovascular interventions in cases of unfavorable proximal neck of the aneurysm was developed and proposed. Techniques of parallel grafts and endo-anchoring in cases of unfavorable aneurysm anatomy have been developed. A prognostic assessment of immediate and long-term results in patients with aortic endoprosthesis was performed depending on concomitant comorbidity, age, and the initial calculated degree of risk.
