The object of research is fire-retardant materials based on inorganic substances and functional additives - polymers, stabilizers and others, flame retardants compatible with the material, and selected from a number of phosphates, borides and others; gas generators from a number of ammonium salts, designed to protect building structures from the effects of fire, namely fire resistance due to the formation of a protective heat-insulating layer on the surface of flammable structures made of textile materials. The subject of research are processes aimed at creating a modified structure with chemicals under normal conditions and changing it under conditions of fire to a heat-insulating swollen layer of pinocoke, improving their operational properties - penetrating and protective action, environmental friendliness and durability.The purpose of the work is to create environmentally safe flame retardant materials for flammable structures made of textile materials by modifying the inorganic composition based on flame retardants with polymer substances and forming a heat-resistant structure of the coke layer on the surface at high temperature. Research methods: the work uses a comprehensive research method, which includes theoretical studies of the burning processes of fabric samples depending on the thermophysical properties of flame retardants, an analytical method of calculation and an experimental method of determining the conditions for protecting fabrics from ignition and thermal destruction, numerical methods of mathematical analysis, as well as physical - chemical research methods.
