It is shown that substitutions in the tetrahedron position can control the properties of the studied compounds, particularly the width of the band gap and the position of the HOMO and LUMO levels. That is, the studied compounds are quite suitable for the energy "stairs" implementation for the perovskite cell. Methods of targeted synthesis of apatite-like structures with specified characteristics for use as functional components of perovskite solar cells have been developed. Vulnerabilities were identified for several samples, particularly a difficult-to-predict change in the valence of arsenic during operation.
