The purpose of the study is to develop information tools for psychological and pedagogical support of people with cognitive impairments. Research methods: theoretical - analysis (logical-theoretical, comparative) of psychological and pedagogical literature to reveal general trends in the development of education of persons with cognitive impairment, the nature and features of psychological and pedagogical support of children with cognitive impairment and definition of basic concepts; educational and didactic literature related to the education of children in preschool educational institutions, primary and primary schools in Ukraine and abroad; empirical - psychological and pedagogical observation, surveys, testing, analysis of student work and educational and methodological documentation, psychological and pedagogical experiment; mathematical and statistical methods of data processing; interpretive methods - quantitative and qualitative scientific analysis of the results. Research results and their novelty: The importance of assessing the intellectual development of the child as a basis for building technologies of psychological and pedagogical support of its educational activities and social integration in general is substantiated. The theoretical basis of neuropsychology of persons with developmental disorders is determined, which is based on the concept of neurodiversity, personal approach, biopsychosocial model of personality development.
