The predominance of pathology of the musculoskeletal system, including after injuries and wounds, and craniocerebral trauma in the structure of nosological forms, the course of which is complicated by PTSD, was revealed. It was established that the restriction of life activities is most often caused by disorders of cognitive functions, emotional state, and pain syndrome. Differentiated programs for the rehabilitation of servicemen with PTSD and the consequences of TBI, pathology of the musculoskeletal system in the conditions of sanatoriums and rehabilitation institutions have been developed. For the first time, the effectiveness of the use of high-tone therapy procedures for patients with the consequences of TBI, infrapeloid therapy, and high-intensity pulsed magnetic therapy (HIPT) for patients with pathology of the musculoskeletal system, including after injuries and injuries, was investigated for the first time in the complex treatment of military personnel.
