An aim of research – theoretical and experimental substantiation of design-ballistic parametres of extralight launch vehicles taking into account interaction with atmosphere. The basic methods of researches are analytically-settlement and experimental. Results over of research of behavior the polyethylene corps of launch vehicles are brought in the conditions of the aerodynamic heating at passing of atmospheric area of trajectory. It is shown that for providing of integrity of construction expedient is the use of additional teflon coverage. By the numeral design of flowing around the blast of the strained thick plate is set substantial influence of lengthening of plate on the coefficient of aerodynamic resistance at the subsonic and supersonic flowing around. The scientific novelty of the got results consists of that first by experimental and numeral researches influence of aerodynamic and thermal streams that operate on the power corps of rocket-carrier taking into account the changed lengthening of construction is certain. Foundation for realization of researches are the theoretical and experimental works of authors, represented in the published monographs and articles. A purview is a space-rocket technique.
