Academy of medical science Ukraine popup.description2  The study design was developed and diagnostic algorithms were optimized for patients with coronary heart disease based on modern non-invasive methods of myocardial imaging: echocardiography, speckle-tracking echocardiography, echocardiography - stress with dobutamine, cardiomagnetic resonance imaging, multispiral computer tomography - coronary angiography. An algorithm for the protocol of multispiral computed tomography - coronary angiographic examination of patients with various forms of coronary heart disease to determine the degree of atherosclerotic damage and stenosis of coronary arteries has been developed. An algorithm of the cardio-magnetic resonance imaging protocol for the examination of patients with various forms of coronary heart disease has been developed to determine further tactics and choose the method of myocardial revascularization - stenting or coronary artery bypass grafting. The quality of diagnosis and treatment of patients with coronary heart disease has been improved due to the introduction of modern complex multimodal examination and diagnostic algorithms of speckle tracking and stress echo cardiography, as well as structural and functional cardio-magnetic resonance tomographic analysis. The differential diagnosis of various forms of coronary heart disease has been improved due to the assessment of the state of the coronary bed and viability of the myocardium by radiographic imaging methods of the heart before and after myocardial revascularization.
