Levels, types, models, and approaches to the promotion of a healthy lifestyle (HL) are systematized. The concept of socio-psychological practices of an HL maintaining is explicated; intermediate goals of practicing aimed at psychological health maintaining are presented; war-congruent configurations of HL practices in different age subcultures are clarified. Complex factor, spheres of damage, strategies for preserving and restoring the health and HL of combat participants and volunteers who’ve suffered from psychotraumatization are outlined. Principles characterizing the functioning of mindfulness approach in war conditions are highlighted; levels of implementation of mindfulness strategies in the HL recovery are systematized. Relationship between the attitude to uncertainty and the balance of the individual's time perspective as a prerequisite for a responsible attitude towards HL is clarified. Principles and criteria for the selection of psycho-hygiene practices are developed; destructive practices of psycho-hygiene among Ukrainian evacuees as a result of the war are described. There are substantiated psychological warnings regarding playback theater interventions to stabilize emotional states and improve the socio-psychological climate during military operations. Model, factors, and criteria of existential practices as a form of personality's psychological health promotion are presented.
