The parameters of temperature sensors TP 198-00, TP 198-01, TP 198-05 and TP 227-03 in the temperature range 12.5-25 K were investigated by means of direct resistance measurements. An original measurement technique was developed, which ensures the temperature stability of the cell with thermometers in within 0.001 K and a relative error of resistance measurements of no more than 0.1% in the entire temperature range. Using the gamma distribution, interpolation polynomials of resistance dependence on temperature were constructed.
