The aim of research is development of ways and means of regulation of metabolism in a living organism at actions of factors of different nature and correction of its disorders. Research methods are biochemical: determination of oxygen-dependent biocidal activity of peritoneal macrophages in the reaction of spontaneous and stimulated HCT test, estimation of cellular proliferation of T- and B-lymphocytes in the MTT test; determination of the activity of enzymes (ALT, AST, GGT, LDH, SOD, catalase) and the content of total protein, creatinine, urea, MDA, the level of glucose and TBA-reactive substances (in cell culture / in blood serum), morphological indicators of blood; physical-chemical: determination of the content of fatty acids by the method of highly sensitive gas chromatography, spectrophotometric, centrifugation; determination of the content of amino acids involved in the conversion of methionine using an amino acid analyzer, determination of the content of chemical elements (Ca, Cr, Cu, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Na, Zn) by the method of atomic emission spectrometry with inductively coupled plasma, gas chromatographic analysis of methyl esters of FA using a gas chromatograph with a flame ionization detector, spectrophotometric, centrifugation; methods of cell culture of T- and B-lymphocyte origin; selection of cells from the culture, counting them in the hemocytometer, determining the adhesive properties of cultured cells; assessment of morphological characteristics of the obtained cell cultures; immunological: isolation of T- and B-lymphocytes by the method of rosette formation and centrifugation in ficoll-verographin gradient of density; morphofunctional: using inverted microscopy; statistical.
