The results of the NDR can be used in the practice of business entities of any type of activity. The management of the company's activities involves the implementation of the process in separate directions to obtain a synergistic effect. An effective tool for managing enterprises under martial law is the support of sustainable development and the transition to socially responsible activities. The set of management actions aimed at organizing the interaction between the elements of the social responsibility management system (principles, methods, functions and tools) in order to achieve the economic interests of the enterprise, taking into account the peculiarities of its external and internal environment, forms an organizational and economic management mechanism. To ensure the effectiveness of the social responsibility management system, it is important to integrate it into the general management system, which is carried out in accordance with the defined mechanism, the components of which are goals, tasks, processes, directions of implementation and responsibility tools. On the basis of a study conducted on the basis of "DEPS UA" LLC, the following directions for improving the social responsibility management system were identified: determining priorities, building business relations with society, developing JI programs, and developing JI activities. We consider it expedient to include those related to the formation of the company's reputation as socially responsible in relations with internal and external stakeholders to the key goals of social responsibility management of "DEPS UA" LLC. In order to increase the effectiveness of social responsibility management, we also propose the creation of a special Center for Social Programs at DEPS UA LLC.
