Registration Date 07-02-2023 Organization National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2  Object of research - radioactively contaminated forest ecosystems Subject of research – methods of assessing bioproductivity and radioecological states of forest ecosystems. As part of the research, a comprehensive analysis of foreign and domestic experience of inventory, ecological and radioecological monitoring of forest ecosystems was carried out, including "open" spatial data on the density of soil contamination 137Cs and 90Sr, forest cover trends, etc. A stratified sample of experimental sites was formed for the assessment of radioecological indicators forest ecosystems of the Chernobyl exclusion zone. The establishment of circular test areas (without cutting model trees) was carried out to establish the main forest tax indicators of stands, their geographical reference and selection of wood and soil samples within the selected forest areas to measure the content of 137Cs and 90Sr. In total, more than 100 sites have been established in the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone to assess the content of radionuclides in wood and soil components of forest ecosystems. Remote sensing polygons were created using unmanned aerial vehicles Based on the results of aerial surveying of polygons surveyed using an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), it was possible to estimate the above-ground biomass of pine stands based on stereogrammetric processing of UAV images. The radial distribution of the specific activity of 90Sr and 137Сs in the tree trunk of the predominant tree species of different ages was analyzed. The obtained data on the vertical distribution of the content of 137Cs and 90Sr in the mineral layer of the soil up to a depth of 1 m in contrasting forest vegetation conditions. The indicators of bioproductivity of the studied phytocenoses were evaluated and the main forest taxonomic characteristics of the studied stands were established. The selection and analysis of increments and radial distribution of the content of radionuclides in wood cores from trees on experimental sites Product Description popup.authors Holiaka Dmytro M.
