The research purpose is to develop the fundamental principles of a new theory of cooperative acceleration of effective innovations’ transfer for transition to knowledge economy based on modelling multifaceted relations and cooperative interaction in the "Business – Education – Science" system for national security and sustainable development. Research methods: bibliometric, analytical, graphic, comparative, statistical, factorial, cluster, regression, and correlation analysis; modelling; Ward's method; Shapiro-Wilk, Granger, Kaiser-Meier-Olkin, and Bartlett tests; Sankey diagram. The toolkit of Google Trends, VosViewer, Bibliometrix, programming language R, STATA, Statgraphics Centurion was used.
