The first chapter presents the results of scientific research aimed at the application of insertion modeling systems to the analysis of model properties from various subject areas (blockchain, cyber security and chemistry), carried out with the participation of teachers of the Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering and graduate students of the department. The second chapter presents research on the creation of investment portfolios and an overview of prospective research on the development of education. The purpose of the work, according to the long-term development plan, is to create organizational and resource conditions that ensure an increase in the quantitative and qualitative indicators of the involvement of young scientists in conducting scientific research in the subject area, which is aimed at developing the theoretical and mathematical foundations of the construction of computer software and hardware systems, which include scientific research aimed at the development of theoretical foundations of mathematical and software of computing machines and systems, development of algorithms and programs, software complexes, automated expert and industrial information processing systems. At the same time, the following practical tasks were solved: definition of general approaches, models, methods,algorithms and technologies for programming specific tasks; construction of algorithms for solving specific problems using methods, symbolic transformations, insertion modeling and algebraic programming; support of promising scientific research works of graduate students and master's students and, as a result, the formation of scientific potential in the field of information technologies of the southern region and Ukraine as a whole.
