On the basis of the calculated neutron cross sections, model calculations were carried out to improve the interference neutron filter with an average energy of 45 keV. Using the method of quasi-elastic scattering of slow neutrons, the dynamics of molecules of the water-ethanol system was investigated depending on the temperature at a concentration of 0.046 mol. part.
