The purpose of the work is to substantiate measures to increase the level of energy consumption efficiency, determine the energy efficiency class of buildings and develop energy passports. Research methods – mathematical modeling of the process of heat transfer through the elements of the enclosing structures of buildings, methods of experimental measurement of the microclimate parameters of buildings and the environment, theory of experiment planning and measurements, methods of analytical geometry to determine the equivalent area of insolation, statistical processing and analysis of the obtained results. An energy passports of a building is developed, equivalent to the requirements of the Energy Perfomance of the Bilding Directive and the State Standard B А.2.2-8:2010. Calculations of the building's geometrical, heat-technical, and energy indicators were made, and the energy demand for heating, ventilation, and cooling was determined. The indicators of the coefficient of glazing of facades, compactness, internal heat capacity, energy efficiency class according to energy consumption were determined, and the compliance of the building with regulatory requirements was assessed. Recommendations are provided for increasing the level of energy efficiency of the building, taking into account local climatic conditions. Energy passports of buildings contain primary information for the development of measures to increase the level of energy efficiency and attract investments for reconstruction, major repairs, technical reequipment (thermo-modernization) or in case of a change of building owner.
