The basis of the logical structure of the CM is the combination of relevant information blocks of the subject area of TT R&D for medical purposes with the determination of national regulatory influences and stakeholders involved in the TT process. CM - a schematic visualization of the forms, methods, mechanisms, stages of TT R&D, combined with the stages of their life cycle (LC), as well as a reflection of the unique features of the LC, characteristic only of biomedical innovations. With the use of CM, the development of the strategy of TT R&D IEPOR named after R.E. Kavetsky of the National Academy of Sciences - biotechnological means of pharmacocorrection of metabolic processes in tumor disease and nanocomposites as targeted transport systems for increasing the effectiveness of treatment of cancer patients and overcoming drug resistance of tumors.
