Aim of work – design and development of optimal preparative methods for the synthesis of natural bioheterocycles and their synthetic derivatives - oxygen-containing and nitrogen-containing natural compounds and alkaloids (flavones, isoflavones, 3- arylcoumarins, 4-arylcoumarins, 3-arylisocoumarins, 4-arylisocoumarins, dihydro- (iso)coumarins, furocoumarins, pyranocoumarins, isoxazoles, pyrazoles, azepinones, pyrimidines, (iso)quinolines), terpenoids, spirocyclic compounds and their isosteric analogues, including sulfonyl halides, fluoro-, phosphorus-containing and amino acid derivatives. Methods of research – methods of target-oriented (TOS) and lead-oriented synthesis (LOS); synthesis under high pressure, in an inert atmosphere; NMR spectroscopy, chromatography-mass spectrometry, elemental and X-ray structural analysis; in vitro and in vivo studies. As a result of the work, an analysis of literature data on the synthesis and properties of oxygen-containing and nitrogen-containing heterocycles, in particular functionalized isoflavones, isocoumarins, isoquinolinones, pyrimidines and saturated boron derivatives, was carried out. Methods for the synthesis of new oxygen-containing compounds, including (iso)flavones, 2(3)-hetarylchromones, 3(4)-aryl(iso)coumarins, 3(4)-dihydro(iso)coumarins, furocoumarins, pyranocoumarins and their functionalized derivatives, in particular spirocyclic and isosteric analogues, sulfonyl halides, fluoro-, phosphorus-containing and amino acid derivatives.
