Further analysis and construction of Ishikawa's logical cause-and-effect diagram contributed to the establishment of catalysts and inhibitors of innovation commercialization processes. The study also carried out a bibliographic analysis of Ukrainian and foreign scientists' works on the innovation commercialization and communication interaction of stakeholders in the commercialization chain based on the Scopus and Web of Science platforms. When performing the scientific research, the main stakeholders in the innovation commercialization were considered, and the types of communication interaction between them were characterized. In addition, advanced innovation commercialization models were analyzed, and Ukraine was ranked compared to other countries of the world according to a set of indicators based on the global rating indicators of innovativeness and characterizing the success of their commercialization processes. The key risks of the commercialization of innovations were determined, and the issue of protecting the created intellectual capital was considered. The obtained results of the analysis made it possible to develop a model of commercialization of innovations, which contains the critical elements identified at the previous stages, the inclusion of which in the model allowed to simultaneously strengthen it and overcome the three most critical "bottlenecks": the "bottleneck" associated with the separation of the commercialization process from the participants; "bottleneck" related to the protection of intellectual rights to innovative products; a "bottleneck" associated with insufficient attention to the opinions of consumers and the inconsistency of innovation with their wishes Product Description popup.authors Illiashenko Anastasiia Р.
