The purpose of the research is the development of new microextraction (ME) methods, in particular headspace and ME with immersion using the retention of the extraction phase in the reactor, and sorption preconcentration with the aim of creating new hybrid extraction and sorption-spectroscopic methods of analysis, optical and electrochemical sensors. Research methods and equipment - ME methods of preconcentration, headphase ME, optical and electrochemical sensors, methods of analysis of environmental objects. The new method of headspace liquid-phase microextraction in the reactor that we proposed was further developed. This method was first combined with an optical probe, with the methods of luminescence, gas chromatography, and its advantages in the determination of organic compounds and a number of inorganic compounds were shown. Simple and highly sensitive methods for determining the forms of iodine, bromine, sulfur and nitrite ions have been developed. The absorbance of the acceptor phase was also measured using an optical probe that was immersed in this solution. The preconcentration of organic compounds was studied using the example of the determination of organic solvents in order to develop a methodology for determining their residues in medicinal products, as well as aromatic hydrocarbons. After preconcentration, organic compounds were determined by gas chromatography with mass spectrometric detection. A new optical chemical sensor for the determination of palladium (II) by the method of solid-phase spectrophotometry based on immobilized 3-methyl-2,6-dimercapto-1,4-thiopyrone in a polyvinyl chloride matrix is proposed.
